619Andy BlanchardThis is a blatant violation of Verisign's remit, goes against the wishes of the IETF, the IAB and the majority of DNS admins and knowledeable Internet users. In addition this is causing havoc with any services that uses the NXDOMAIN response as part of its operation, not to mention the potential for senders of spam to have a field day. Given that Verisign is, on paper at least, answerable to ICANN on this matter can the ICANN board at least discuss and vote on whether this kind of action if permissable from its TLD operators so that the community knows where it stands?  Manchester, UK  United Utilities
